You become a part of a quality-driven, fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing team focused on the production of solid oral dosage forms. The role contributes directly to delivering high-quality, compliant, and timely products while ensuring continuous improvement and team development.
What to expect:
- Lead and manage day-to-day capsule manufacturing operations.
- Plan and monitor production to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Review and maintain production documentation.
- Lead and develop the production team through training and guidance.
- Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores for smooth operations.
- Drive process improvements, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support capacity epansion and new manufacturing projects.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and departmental budgets.
- Ensure audit readiness and continuous quality improvement.
Essential education, experience, and skills:
- B. Pharm / M. Pharm or a Bachelor's/master's degree in Life Sciences.12–18 years of eperience in pharmaceutical capsule manufacturing, including team leadership eperience.
- Sound knowledge of cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and production processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
