🚨 We’re Hiring | Operations Manager – Pune
At DAGART Solutions, we don’t just make models — we turn drawings, ideas and engineering concepts into detailed physical models.
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager who can take ownership of our workshop operations and work closely with our team.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing day-to-day production
• Planning projects and meeting deadlines
• Coordinating 3D printing, fabrication, painting & assembly
• Managing people, materials and vendors
• Maintaining quality and solving production challenges
We’d love to meet someone who has 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, 3D printing, model making or a similar field and enjoys working with both people and processes.
