Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day operational activities. 3. Ensure projects are executed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, vendors, and clients for seamless project execution.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or operational risks.
- Ensure availability of resources, materials, and manpower at project sites.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain action trackers.
