What You'll Do
- Lead integrated communication campaigns across PR, social media, digital, and creative.
- Build strong communication strategies that enhance brand reputation.
- Develop compelling stories and campaigns that engage audiences.
- Manage media relations and build strong relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Advise clients on corporate communications and reputation management.
- Handle crisis communication and develop response strategies when needed.
- Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
- Mentor and manage high-performing communication teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
What We're Looking For
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Integrated Marketing.
- Strong understanding of media, digital, and social communication.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing large client accounts and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to lead teams and inspire people.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience handling corporate reputation and crisis communications is a plus.
Bonus If You Have
- Experience working with lifestyle, hospitality, FMCG, technology, healthcare, or corporate brands.
- Agency experience managing multiple clients.
- Exposure to international campaigns or global markets.
Additional Responsibilities
- Drive New Business Development (NBD) by identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the business portfolio.
- Develop strategic, insight-led pitches and proposals that win new business and strengthen existing client partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling presentations and communication strategies for prospective clients.
