Assistant Manager – Sales

Job Details:
- Vacancy: 1 Position
- Location: Vadodara
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in the pharmaceutical industry
- Preferred Industry: Speciality chemicals and Intermediates
- Qualification: Postgraduate or MBA in Marketing preferred
- Salary/CTC: To be disclosed during the interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Industrial sales and new business development
- Prospect identification and lead generation
- Key account management
- Competitor activity tracking
- Sales planning and supply chain coordination
- Monthly sales target achievement
- Timely payment collection
- Client retention and customer feedback tracking
- Sales budget, documentation, and reporting
- Managing customer agreements and renewals
- Monthly and quarterly sales plan implementation
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of accountancy and bookkeeping
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
