Role Description The Assistant Professor – BBA (Business Mathematics & Financial Accounting) will be responsible for planning and delivering lectures, tutorials, and classroom discussions for undergraduate BBA students at the Noida campus. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, designing assessments, guiding students through problem-solving exercises in business mathematics and financial accounting, and maintaining up-to-date lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. The role involves evaluating student performance, providing academic mentoring, and supporting learners through regular feedback and consultation hours. The assistant professor will also participate in academic administration, contribute to departmental meetings, and engage in curriculum development and co-curricular activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong subject-matter expertise in Business Mathematics and Financial Accounting, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and apply them to real-world business scenarios.
- Candidates should possess skills in curriculum planning, lesson design, and assessment development to deliver structured and effective classroom sessions.
- Candidates should possess classroom management, student engagement, and mentorship skills to support diverse learner needs and promote an inclusive learning environment.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills, including clear written and spoken English for lectures, feedback, and academic documentation.
- Candidates should possess basic educational technology skills, including familiarity with learning management systems, digital resources, and online assessment tools.
- Master’s degree or higher in Commerce, Management, Finance, or a closely related discipline (with specialization in Accounting/Business Mathematics) from a recognized university; qualifications as per applicable regulatory and university norms.
- Prior teaching or academic experience at the undergraduate level is highly beneficial; industry exposure in finance, accounting, or analytics will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to academic integrity, continuous professional development, and collaborative work within the department and institution.
