Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Maths Faculty to design engaging academic content and conduct interactive online classes for students in Grades 3–8. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Mental Math and Vedic Math techniques, a student-centric teaching approach, and the ability to make mathematics enjoyable and easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging PPTs, worksheets, and study materials for Grades 3–8.
- Conduct live online classes aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Prepare students for Olympiads and other competitive examinations through structured practice sessions.
- Teach Mental Math and Vedic Math techniques to improve students' speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies based on students' learning levels and classroom needs.
- Foster an engaging, interactive, and positive virtual learning environment.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and share progress updates with parents and academic teams.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers and academic teams to continuously improve content quality and learning outcomes.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics or Mental Maths to students in Grades 3–8.
- Strong understanding of Vedic Math and Mental Math techniques.
- Excellent communication and online teaching skills.
- Ability to create engaging digital learning content and presentations.
- Experience preparing students for Olympiads or competitive exams is preferred.
- Prior experience with EdTech platforms or online teaching is an added advantage.
