Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TGT English Faculty role based in Noida. The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum for middle and secondary school learners, including grammar, literature, reading comprehension, and writing skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching in the classroom, assessing student performance through assignments and tests, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, supporting learners’ language development, participating in staff meetings, parent interactions, and school events, and contributing to academic improvement initiatives and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom instruction, and student assessment aligned with school curriculum standards.
- Ability to use age-appropriate teaching methodologies, educational resources, and basic educational technology tools.
- Skills in classroom management, student engagement, and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, guardians, and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related discipline; B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at middle or secondary school level is highly desirable, especially in CBSE or similar boards.
