🚀 We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – PPC
💼 Experience: 8-12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and monitor production plans based on customer orders and project schedules.
✅ Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
✅ Ensure timely availability of raw materials and bought-out components.
✅ Monitor WIP (Work-In-Progress) and production progress against planned schedules.
✅ Perform capacity planning and resource utilization analysis.
✅ Track machine-wise and project-wise production status.
✅ Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for smooth production flow.
✅ Generate PPC reports, MIS, and production performance metrics.
✅ Ensure adherence to delivery commitments and customer timelines.
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control.
✔ Experience in Machine Manufacturing / Capital Equipment Industry.
✔ Good understanding of BOM, Routing, Material Planning, and Inventory Control.
✔ Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
✔ Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Leadership and team management abilities.
