Responsible for Overall plant operations.
Manage vendor capacity & plant production with optimum utilization of resources in achieving production target, in line with defined cost & quality.
Key challenges - Internal/External:
1. Internal - Skill Development & sustaining talents as we have high ratio of Temporary workmen & Trainees.
2. Internal - Process rejection & high costs.
3. External - Supplier processes are with Quality consistency in supplies leading to Line rejections & efficiency losses.
4. Volume Production Budget vs Actual
5. Manpower cost Busget vs Actual
6. Variable cost - Budget vs actual.
Good technical understanding of process & system, in production unit.
