Scope: Will be point of contact for all CAD & Inventory management for Barclays. This role will be accountable to managing CAD diagrams and floor plans on Barclays Occupancy planning tool Webcore and manage associated reporting for Occupancy and Mac services for all managed Barclays sites in India
Key responsibility:
- Floor plan management: Need basis location Occupancy Management POC’s will share the floor plan changes needed with the interior design or layout changes needed with regards to seats. CAD resource needs to assess the changes required and make changes in the floor plan on WebCore and match the ground changes.
- Collaboration: Should collaborate closely with Occupancy management team members and change in workplace team who manages WebCore to ensure Task’s for CAD changes are raised on time and floor plan changes are managed as real-time as possible. The resource will also need to collaborate with teams who take feed from CAD to represent the Floor layout like BeOne team and Go Spaces team and manage the tool administration and data feed.
- Occupancy planning support: Should be able co-ordinate with occupancy planning team during floor fit outs, floor releases, floor refurbishments, infra changes to ensure the data captured by team is accurate and same is translated to accurate floor plan / layout changes in the Clients Occupancy planning tool. Resource will be centrally managing inventory audits and reporting findings and managing corrections with occupancy planning team and client occupancy planning tool management team.
- Management Information System: Resource will maintain inventory data and report changes made on monthly basis. Resource will maintain leger of all changes done in the facility with artifacts showing the reason for change, request details, task raised, task closure final confirmation of change completion sent to requestor. This data has to be up to date and needs to be available for audit at any given point of time. Should manage the MIS during inventory audit. Should manage data base of approvals.
- Supporting Enterprise level projects: Like interior design changes, floor decommission, capacity changes done in the facility, floor addition, facility addition/go live.
Qualifications:
- Educated to diploma/degree level. Qualification in engineering / architecture or interior design.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant industry with large Indian or multi-national companies,
- Preferably in interior designing /Architecture/space planning / occupancy management or real estate function.
- Should have experience in CAD design, should be able to create Polyline Drawings work with layer manager & formatting, should be able to create standard blocks, should be able to Area /NIA Calculation, should be able to Convert Drawing from feet to mm administration of CAD drawing on Occupancy planning tool or should have worked on reporting tools with report building capabilities
- Should have experience in MIS and should have enterprise level reporting knowledge

- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) in English language.
- Team player who supports his team and leadership
- Good CAD and MS Office skills, especially in excel
