Role Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Projects will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing project budgets, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and challenging environment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Strong leadership and team management skills for overseeing project teams and collaborating with stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in engineering tools, project management software, and budget management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver project objectives
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively
- Relevant educational qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects is highly desirable
- Professional certifications such as PMP are an advantage
