AGM/GM – Quality US process
We are hiring for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Quality role
Location- Pune, Kharadi
🔹 Experience: 15+ years in International BPO/BPM, with 5+ years in Senior Quality Management-US experience mandatory
🔹 Domain: US Voice Operations
🔹 Key Exposure: Quality Management, QA Governance, Quality Frameworks, Audits, Calibration, COPC & Compliance
🔹 Leadership: Experience managing large Quality teams and mentoring Senior Managers/TLs
🔹 Performance: Strong exposure to CSAT, NPS, Quality Scores, SLA/KPI & Customer Experience
🔹 Continuous Improvement: Lean / Six Sigma / Process Improvement experience preferred
🔹 Skills: Excellent communication, client management & stakeholder management
🔹 Shift: US Night Shifts mandatory
🔹 Location: Pune (Kharadi) – On-site
🔹 CTC: ₹18+ LPA
🔹 Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners preferred
