WE’RE HIRING — ASSISTANT CHEF | CAFELATO, KANDASSANKADAVU, THRISSUR
CafeLato is looking for a passionate and responsible Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team.
We’re a growing café focused on quality ingredients, fresh preparation, consistency, and great food. If you love working in a professional kitchen and want to grow with a young food brand, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist the Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook pizzas, burgers, pasta, wraps & other café dishes
• Maintain food quality, taste & presentation
• Follow recipes, portion control & hygiene standards
• Support kitchen stock management and prep
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work as part of a small, supportive kitchen team
Who We’re Looking For
• Previous kitchen/restaurant experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Continental & café-style cooking
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
Location: CaféLato, Kandassankadavu, Thrissur, Kerala
Working Hours: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Food: Staff dinner provided
Salary: Based on experience and skills
