Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to manage and grow our international client portfolio across the MENA region.
The role will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, sales, supply partners, and internal campaign teams. The ideal candidate should combine strong client-management skills with a practical understanding of performance marketing, campaign operations, attribution, and commercial delivery.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who can translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans, align internal and external stakeholders, and ensure campaigns meet their performance and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across the MENA region.
- Understand each client’s business objectives, campaign KPIs, target audience, attribution setup, and growth priorities.
- Manage onboarding, campaign planning, reporting, performance reviews, and ongoing client communication.
- Build strong relationships with client-side marketing, growth, acquisition, and agency teams.
- Identify concerns early and ensure timely resolution of campaign, tracking, quality, or delivery-related issues.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and present clear recommendations to clients.
Campaign and Performance Management
- Translate client briefs into clear campaign requirements for internal operations and supply teams.
- Monitor campaign delivery across metrics such as installs, registrations, deposits, purchases, CPA, ROAS, retention, and other relevant funnel events.
- Analyse performance trends and recommend optimisations based on traffic quality, conversion rates, scale potential, and unit economics.
- Work with campaign teams to ensure budgets are paced efficiently and client KPIs are consistently tracked.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on MMP integrations, postbacks, event mapping, attribution windows, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure campaign reports are accurate, commercially relevant, and delivered on time.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Bridge the gap between clients, sales, supply partnerships, and campaign operations.
- Communicate client expectations and performance feedback clearly to supply partners and internal teams.
- Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from deal closure to campaign activation.
- Coordinate with the supply team to identify suitable media channels, publishers, OEM inventory, ad networks, and programmatic opportunities.
- Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on budgets, KPIs, timelines, traffic quality, and delivery commitments.
- Support billing reconciliation by coordinating approved numbers, campaign reports, and client validations.
Account Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional markets, campaigns, channels, or commercial models.
- Support renewal and upselling conversations using campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Maintain revenue forecasts, campaign pipelines, and account-level growth plans.
- Help improve client retention by maintaining consistent communication, transparency, and performance ownership.
Required Experience and Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, campaign management, or performance marketing.
- Prior experience working with an ad network, performance marketing agency, affiliate network, programmatic platform, mobile advertising company, or digital media agency.
- Good understanding of performance marketing models such as CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS, and ROAS.
- Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, or Kochava.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and convert it into clear actions and client recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable managing international clients and working across different time zones.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Must currently reside in Mumbai and be comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing clients or campaigns across the MENA region.
- Exposure to fintech, gaming, e-commerce, travel, or mobile-first consumer applications.
- Understanding of OEM advertising, in-app inventory, programmatic media, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience handling campaign reconciliations, billing validations, and commercial discussions.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention, attribution discrepancies, and traffic-quality analysis.
What We Are Looking For
- A commercially aware account manager who takes ownership beyond routine client servicing.
- Someone who can balance client expectations with operational and supply-side realities.
- A proactive problem-solver who can identify risks before they become escalations.
- Someone comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment.
- A professional who can build trusted relationships with international clients while maintaining strong internal accountability.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to manage international brands across the MENA region.
- Exposure to multiple performance-marketing channels, markets, and business models.
- Direct collaboration with sales, supply, operations, and leadership teams.
- A high-ownership role with opportunities to grow into a regional account leadership position.
- Competitive compensation with performance-linked growth opportunities.
