MSME & Retail Finance | Sales & Business Origination
InvestArc, a Mid-Market Investment Banking firm, is building ArcPrava—a new financial distribution platform focused on supporting MSMEs access appropriate financing solutions through lending partners.
📍 Location: Bengaluru
🎯 Experience: 0–3 Years
What will you do?
• Identify and engage MSME owners, entrepreneurs and promoters
• Understand business and funding requirements
• Originate quality MSME finance opportunities
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs and professional networks
• Develop referral/channel partnerships
• Coordinate with lending partners through the financing process
• Build your own market and relationship portfolio
This is NOT just a loan-sales job. You will be among the early team members building a business from the ground up—developing markets, creating sourcing channels and contributing to how ArcPrava grows.
Who should apply?
✔ 0–3 years in Sales / Business Development / BFSI / Fintech / Lending / Financial Services
✔ Freshers with strong communication and relationship-building skills are welcome
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership orientation
✔ Willingness to engage customers and build the market through field activity
✔ Curiosity to learn MSME & Retail Finance, Credit & Lending
