About Assetze
Companies need laptops and IT equipment for their employees, and someone has to buy them, set them up, keep track of them, fix them when something goes wrong, and take them back when an employee leaves. Most companies handle each of these with a different vendor. Assetze does all of it in one place.
We help companies buy or rent devices, configure and ship them, support and track them day to day, and recover and responsibly recycle them at the end of their life. Today, Assetze works with 300+ companies, including over 50 YC-backed startups, across 35+ countries. Assetze is scaling globally, and this role is part of that next stage of growth.
The role
We're looking for a Cold Calling Sales Executive to start conversations that lead to real business for Assetze. You'll be one of the first people at Assetze doing this full-time, calling companies directly instead of only reaching them by email.
What you'll do
- Cold call procurement, admin, HR and finance contacts at companies across India.
- Explain what Assetze does in a way that gets people interested.
- Qualify leads fast: right company, right person, right timing.
- Book meetings for the sales team with the leads you qualify.
- Log every call and its outcome in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads until they turn into a meeting or a clear no.
- Work closely with the outbound email team so your calls and their emails back each other up.
- Handle objections and know when to push a conversation and when to let it go.
What you bring
- Genuine comfort calling a stranger and getting past the gatekeeper.
- 1 to 2 years of cold calling, telesales or sales experience. B2B experience is a plus.
- Clear, confident spoken English.
- The ability to hear ten no's in a row without it slowing you down on the eleventh call.
- Curiosity about the person on the other end of the line, not just a script to get through.
- The ability to pick up a CRM and outbound tools quickly.
Why Assetze
- Be one of the dedicated phone voices at Assetze, shaping how the company sells for years to come.
- Work directly with the founding team, with no layers in between.
- Real ownership over your own list, your own targets, and how you hit them.
- Be part of a growing, global business in IT device management.
- Learn by doing, on real calls, from day one.
