Role Description This full-time, on-site Architectural Project Manager role is based in South Delhi. The Architectural Project Manager oversees projects from concept through completion, coordinating design development, construction documentation, and execution in line with client requirements and Urbane’s design standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules and deliverables, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, reviewing drawings and submittals, and ensuring alignment with codes, sustainability goals, and quality benchmarks. The role involves regular collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors, addressing technical issues, facilitating approvals, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The Architectural Project Manager also supports continuous improvement of internal processes and contributes to a culture of accountability, innovation, and design excellence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project coordination skills, including managing timelines, resources, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess experience in architecture and construction drawings, with the ability to develop, review, and refine detailed design and documentation sets.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in managing submittals, including review, tracking, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or equivalent green building standards, and an understanding of sustainable design practices.
- Candidates should possess a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Candidates should possess strong proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and presentation software).
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead teams.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in managing architectural projects, preferably in complex or large-scale developments; experience in design-and-build environments is an advantage.
