Job Title: Project Manager – Millwork & Furniture Design
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: 14-18 Years
Education: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Define project scope, schedules, resources, and execution plans.
- Manage client relationships, understand requirements, and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, consultants, and clients for seamless project execution.
- Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor project progress, team productivity, and resource utilization.
- Prepare status reports, manage stakeholder communication, and oversee project handover and closure.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of millwork, kiosks, and furniture design, particularly for retail, food service, office, and hospitality projects.
- Expertise in wood joinery techniques, fittings, and buyout selection.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
- Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Experience coordinating offshore and onsite teams and managing international clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a client-focused approach.
