📢 We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Real Estate & Business Development
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for a technically sound and business-oriented Project Manager – Real Estate & Business Development who can work closely with the Director and manage opportunities across real estate, redevelopment, architecture and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preliminary FSI & real estate feasibility studies
• Evaluate redevelopment and development potential of sites/projects
• Manage clients, developers, societies, landowners, consultants & authorities
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Coordinate multiple projects from initiation to delivery
• Handle liaisoning, approvals, NOCs and statutory coordination
• Prepare proposals, tenders, presentations and commercial submissions
• Support negotiations, project conversion and strategic growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong practical knowledge of FSI feasibility is mandatory
• Good understanding of redevelopment and real estate regulations
• Strong client management, negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to independently handle 5+ projects simultaneously
• Architecture / Civil Engineering background preferred
• Willingness to travel for meetings, site visits and liaisoning
