About the company: Portico Designs is a dynamic architecture and interior design firm specializing in design and execution, delivering innovative, functional, and timeless spaces across residential, commercial, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
We're looking for a talented Architect with 2–3 years of experience who can independently manage design and site execution for architecture and interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities✔ Develop innovative architectural and interior design solutions.
✔ Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
✔ Prepare design presentations, working drawings, material specifications, and construction documentation.
✔ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
✔ Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory standards.
✔ Integrate sustainable design practices and innovative materials.
✔ Maintain high-quality design and execution standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements✔ B.Arch/M.Arch with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
✔ Strong expertise in design development and site execution.
✔ Experience in residential, commercial, real estate, and hospitality projects.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.
✔ Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
✔ Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, local building codes, and sustainable design principles.
✔ Experience with modular design or technology-driven workflows is an added advantage.
📍 Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
