AI Solutions Architect
Searce's AI Architects design and deliver applied AI solutions - owning technical execution end-to-end while growing the next generation of solutions consultants.
Your Mission: The Role
solving for better.
You're a transformation-owning, outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver (FDS) who architects AI-native systems that move from hype to real outcomes. As a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI), you'll design and spearhead applied AI architectures that reimagine how enterprises work, compete, and grow.
This isn't the typical architect role — success here isn't measured in reference diagrams or "innovation theater." At Searce, you prototype, build, and deploy real-world AI platforms that embed into workflows, scale responsibly, and generate measurable enterprise impact.
This role is about engineering the future and building the bridge between business vision and scalable reality. If you're a strategist who can architect, a builder who can influence, and a visionary who can blueprint the complex — we've got a seat for you at the front of the table.
Your Responsibilities
what you will wake up to solve.
You are the founder, the architect, and the DRI who bridges AI vision with enterprise-ready systems.
Your mission is to futurify enterprise platforms with applied AI — from architecture to adoption — while ensuring scalability, security, and responsibility.
Here's how you'll make your mark:
- Architect & Lead: Lead and own the outcome of all POCs that showcase Searce's capabilities. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
- Enable AI-Powered Products: Develop and design comprehensive solution proposals, technical specifications, and business use-cases.
- Mentor & Grow: Guide the architectural design of cloud, data, and AI solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and directly aligned with client requirements.
- Optimize Performance & Cost: Continuously optimize AI models and architectures — across Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI stacks — for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring solutions deliver maximum value.
- Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead technical engagements, workshops, POCs, and demos that showcase real AI ROI to enterprise customers.
- Build & Deliver: Drive AI reference architectures into production-ready solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Client Partnership: Engage deeply with executives and technical leaders, becoming a trusted advisor on their AI transformation journey.
- Stay Ahead: Track emerging AI/ML trends (generative AI, copilots, agent frameworks) across the frontier model landscape — Google, Anthropic, OpenAI — and apply them intelligently to unlock enterprise value.
Functional Skills
- Technical Consulting Mastery: Translate complex business challenges into applied AI-enabled architectures.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire high-performing AI solution architects.
- Architectural Visionary: Designs and co-creates comprehensive solution blueprints, championing an engineering-first design philosophy.
- Enterprise-Grade Architecture: Design AI solutions that integrate with IT systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise processes.
- Pre-Sales & Technical Storyteller: Crafts compelling, client-ready proposals, architectural decks, and technical demonstrations. Doesn't just present; shapes the strategic technical narrative behind every proposed solution.
- Technology & Market Insight: A strong understanding of the AI/ML technology landscape, including emerging trends.
- Client Engagement: Strong communicator, equally comfortable with CxOs and data scientists.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of how technology solutions impact business metrics, revenue, and return on investment (ROI).
- Cross-Functional Technical Bridge: Learns the language of delivery, sales, and engineering — and acts as the bridge that keeps them in sync.
Tech Superpowers
- AI/ML Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG pipelines, conversational AI, and automation frameworks.
- Cloud-Native Mastery: Proven work with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (OpenAI, Cognitive Services), GCP (Vertex AI).
- Strategic Partner Ecosystem: Hands-on fluency across Searce's frontier AI partnerships — Google Cloud (10× Partner of the Year, Vertex AI, Gemini), Anthropic (Claude, agentic systems), and OpenAI (GPT, Assistants/Agents) — with the judgment to pick the right model and provider for the outcome, not just the familiar one.
- Programming Depth: Strong in Python, APIs, model integration, microservices architecture.
- MLOps & Scale: Skilled with deployment pipelines, monitoring, evaluation, and responsible scaling.
- Responsible AI: Strong grounding in bias mitigation, explainability, privacy, and security.
- Prototype to Production: Ability to rapidly iterate, demo, and scale solutions into enterprise-ready platforms.
- Systems Thinking: See the full stack — from model architecture to workflow embedding to measurable outcomes.
Experience & Relevance
- 8+ years in AI, ML, or solution architecture with enterprise exposure.
- Several years in technical leadership roles, managing architecture teams.
- Proven success delivering applied AI architectures in enterprise environments.
- Industry exposure across tech, finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
- Background in consultative solution design and enterprise adoption.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automation — across Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI model families.
- Strong record of client-facing delivery and technical advisory leadership.
