Location: Lucknow & Noida
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Lucknow. The Architect will lead and support architectural design across concept, schematic, and detailed stages, preparing drawings, 3D models, presentations, and technical documentation for diverse projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with urban design, planning, heritage, and interiors teams, collaborating with consultants and vendors, and ensuring designs are context-sensitive, sustainable, and aligned with project briefs and regulations. The role involves participating in site studies and inspections, integrating research and advanced tools into the design process, and contributing to project reviews, timelines, and quality standards. The Architect will also engage in client meetings, support proposal development, and help deliver projects that reflect Node Urban Lab’s commitment to innovation and design excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience across concept to construction documentation phases.
- Ability to collaborate on Integration of design solutions with urban design, planning, heritage, interiors, and engineering inputs.
- Experience with Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, tracking timelines, and supporting budget and quality control.
- Comfort with Software Development–adjacent workflows and digital tools, including parametric or computational design and integration with BIM or other design platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or BIM tools, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, local building codes, and regulatory processes; experience with heritage or cultural projects is a plus.
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic studio environment.
