Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs, and producing drawings and documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineering and design teams, coordinating with consultants, reviewing plans for compliance with codes and regulations, and supporting project planning and execution. The role involves meeting with stakeholders, understanding functional requirements, proposing design solutions, and contributing to cost and time-efficient project delivery. The Architect will also assist in integrating designs with structural, electrical, and civil engineering inputs to ensure cohesive and sustainable project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines, and supporting budget adherence.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Integration with engineering disciplines, ensuring architectural solutions align with structural, electrical, and civil requirements.
- Candidates should possess basic awareness of Software Development and design-related tools to collaborate effectively on digital workflows and integrated project systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) and familiarity with building codes and local regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects in an architectural or consulting firm is an advantage.
