Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Landscape Architect role based in New Delhi. The Landscape Architect will develop landscape concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for a range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Responsibilities include preparing planting plans, coordinating with architects and MEP teams, and integrating sustainable design principles into all project phases. The role involves site analysis, preparation of presentations and 3D visuals with the design team, and participation in client meetings to refine design intent. The Landscape Architect will also support documentation for tenders, construction drawings, and on-site design reviews to ensure high-quality implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed, buildable solutions.
- Proficiency in Landscape Planning and Landscaping, including site analysis, grading, circulation, and hardscape/softscape coordination.
- Capability to prepare clear and accurate Planting Plans, with understanding of horticulture, local species, and sustainable planting strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
- Experience using design and documentation tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic 3D visualization software).
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to participate in client and consultant coordination meetings.
- Prior experience in large-scale or complex landscape projects is an advantage; familiarity with sustainable and climate-responsive design is highly desirable.
