Roles and Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on claims for gynecology treatments.
• Focus on denial management, resolving claim denials, addressing billing discrepancies, and ensuring payment recovery.
• Collaborate with insurance representatives to address issues and expedite reimbursements
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions, including call notes, claim status updates, and resolution actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality and sensitive data.
• Work effectively with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate issues when necessary. Required Candidate Profile
• Experience: 1 - 2 years in AR calling with proven expertise in denial management, preferably within a gynecology-specific voice process or healthcare domain.
• Skills: Strong English communication skills (both spoken and listening) to interact effectively with US-based insurance providers.
• Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts, aligning with US business hours.
• Proficiency: Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices is a plus. Perks and Benefits
