Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role based in Jaipur. The Aptitude Trainer will conduct classroom and lab-based sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability for college students and early-career professionals. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, preparing practice questions and assessments, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also participate in curriculum improvement, coordinate with academic and placement teams, and support exam and interview readiness through mock tests and doubt-clearing sessions. The role requires maintaining high training quality, managing batch schedules, and fostering an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong command of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear classroom delivery and effective doubt resolution.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring, preferably in aptitude or competitive exam preparation.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, practice materials, and assessments aligned with placement and campus recruitment needs.
- Comfortable using digital tools, presentations, and learning platforms to enhance classroom engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management are an advantage.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work with large, diverse batches of learners.
- Willingness to work from the Jaipur campus, follow institutional schedules, and travel to partner campuses when required.
- Prior experience in campus placements, training companies, or test-prep organizations is a plus.
