Role Description The Aptitude Trainer – Full Time will deliver classroom-based aptitude training to students at the Cuddalore campus in an on-site, contract role. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and test-taking strategies. The trainer will design lesson plans, prepare practice materials, administer assessments, and provide constructive feedback to support student progress. The role involves monitoring performance, identifying learning gaps, and adapting teaching methods to diverse learner needs. The trainer will also collaborate with academic coordinators to align training content with corporate expectations and campus placement requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills relevant to competitive exams and placement tests.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Classroom facilitation, mentoring, and student engagement skills, including the ability to handle diverse groups of learners.
- Lesson planning, content creation, and assessment design skills to develop structured training modules and practice materials.
- Ability to use basic digital tools (e.g., presentation software, learning resources) to support teaching and student practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in mathematics, engineering, management, or education is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an aptitude trainer, test-prep faculty, or corporate trainer is preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to experiential learning, student success, and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
