We're looking for Appointment Setters who can take charge of outbound calling, follow-ups, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on targets, and is looking to build a rewarding career in sales.
💼 What You'll Do
- Dial 80–100 calls per day to connect with potential clients.
- Build rapport and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Keep records updated in the CRM and ensure smooth coordination.
🎯 Compensation & Growth
- 15-Day Training Period: Your first 15 days will be dedicated to training, where you'll learn our sales process, communication framework, and appointment-setting techniques.
- Base Salary: Upon successfully completing the 15-day training, you'll unlock a fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month.
- Performance Incentives: In addition to your fixed salary, you'll earn attractive performance-based incentives.
