Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Kolkata. The Appointment Setter will contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce services and schedule meetings for the sales or consulting team. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, confirming availability, updating calendars, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM or scheduling tools. The role involves following up on inquiries, managing appointment reminders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client interactions. The Appointment Setter is expected to meet productivity targets, follow established scripts and processes, and provide a professional, courteous experience for every contact.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with accuracy in managing calendars and time slots.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects and qualifying potential clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Basic familiarity with CRM or scheduling software and proficiency in standard office tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of outreach.
- Prior experience in telesales, call center operations, or appointment setting is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
