We're looking for experienced #ApplicationSupport / #TechSupportprofessionals
🔹 Location: (Candidate should be open to visiting the office if required: #Bangalore, #Hyderabad, #Mumbai, #Pune, or #Noida)
🔹 Shift: #USEST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
🔹 Experience: 3–4 Years
💠 Key Requirements:
🔹 Strong L1 & L2 Technical Support experience
🔹 Hands-on experience with Windows & macOS troubleshooting
🔹 Excellent English communication skills (Voice Support experience is mandatory)
🔹 Experience working with International/US clients
🔹 Knowledge of Accounting Applications and Finance Domain support
🔹 Experience in BPO/KPO/Technical Support environment
💠 Responsibilities:
Provide application support for accounting software on #Windows & #macOS
Troubleshoot software installation, uninstallation, and application issues
Diagnose OS-related issues and analyse #Windows/ #Maclogs
Resolve user issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, training documents, and escalation logs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate complex issues when required
💠 Preferred Skills:
🔹 Financial/Accounting domain experience
🔹 Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
🔹 Customer-focused approach with excellent communication
💠 Mandatory Requirements – Please apply only if you meet the following criteria:
🔹 Excellent English communication skills are mandatory (Voice Support experience is required)
🔹 3–4 years of experience supporting International/US clients is mandatory
🔹 Hands-on experience with Windows & macOS troubleshooting is mandatory
🔹 Must be comfortable working the US EST Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
