About Us
We are building an AI-first organization that owns and operates multiple businesses, including a premium wedding venue and a Chartered Accountancy practice. Our goal is to automate business operations using AI, no-code tools, APIs, and intelligent workflows, and eventually provide AI consulting services to businesses across India.
We are looking for someone who wants to build real-world AI systems—not just experiment with AI tools.
Your Role
You will work directly with the Founder to design, build, and improve AI-powered systems across multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AppSheet applications.
- Build automations using n8n, Make, Google Apps Script, and APIs.
- Integrate WhatsApp Business, CRM, Google Workspace, websites, and AI tools.
- Design AI agents for sales, customer support, operations, HR, and finance.
- Automate repetitive business processes.
- Create dashboards and management reports.
- Test and implement new AI tools.
- Document workflows and SOPs.
Required Skills
- Experience with AppSheet, n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations.
- Basic JavaScript or Python.
- Google Workspace automation.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience with CRM implementation.
- Prompt engineering.
- Business process automation.
- Startup mindset and willingness to learn.
