Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. The role involves resolving issues, providing product or service information, and documenting interactions in internal systems. The specialist will track and follow up on open cases, escalate complex issues when needed, and help maintain high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to address recurring concerns, contributing to process improvements, and supporting initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills in Customer Service and Customer Support.
- Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
- Professional communication and Phone Etiquette, with clear and polite interaction skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
- Comfort using customer support software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
