AI Business Analyst Intern (Paid Internship)

About the Role
We're looking for an AI Business Analyst Intern who is passionate about solving business problems with AI. You'll work closely with our engineering and business teams to understand client requirements, support sales and marketing initiatives, and help design AI-powered automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Document business processes, workflows, SOPs, and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for AI solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Execute cold calling and qualify prospective clients.
- Assist in planning and executing email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, presentations, and project documentation.
- Support product demos, UAT, and solution validation.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, project managers, and business development teams.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or related field).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in AI, automation, sales, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Miro, PowerPoint, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is an advantage.
