Role Description The Business Analyst Intern role at Meritshot is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support the analysis of business processes, gather and document business requirements, and assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvement. Daily tasks include conducting data-driven analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder needs. The intern will help translate business objectives into actionable insights, participate in meetings and workshops, and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience. This role offers exposure to real-world business challenges and the chance to learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and prepare concise reports and presentations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Business Process and Business Requirements to understand workflows, map processes, and propose improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Familiarity with Excel, spreadsheets, or basic data analysis tools; exposure to SQL or BI tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in consulting, product management, or strategy roles and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
Stipend - 20K to 25k(Monthly), PPO - 6 to 8 LPA based on performance.
