Role - Business Systems Analyst – SAP & Salesforce
Location: Hyderabad, India – Onsite

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst – SAP & Salesforce with strong functional expertise in SAP and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, improving business processes, and supporting the integration and optimization of enterprise applications. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP/Salesforce teams, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide functional support for SAP and Salesforce applications and related business processes.
- Analyze and document integration requirements between SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Work closely with development and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, functional testing, defect tracking, and production validation.
- Coordinate with SAP and Salesforce technical teams to troubleshoot functional and integration-related issues.
- Analyze data and system behavior using SQL and other appropriate tools.
- Support data mapping, data validation, and application interfaces.
- Participate in application enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects.
- Ensure solutions align with business processes and organizational standards.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demonstrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Hands-on functional experience with SAP.
- Strong functional experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience with SAP–Salesforce integration or enterprise application integrations.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and process mapping.
- Experience with UAT, functional testing, SIT, and defect management.
- Good understanding of APIs, Web Services, and Middleware.
- Experience with data mapping and data validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is preferred.

- Exposure to enterprise application architecture and data flows.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
