Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and develop new domestic and international business opportunities. Identify new product opportunities based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and long-term supply agreements.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and annual business plans.
- Ensure timely order execution by coordinating with Production, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
- Support new product launches and business development initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor receivables and support effective credit management and coordinating with Finance.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (preference for Pharmacy / Science background) along with Management degree required.
Experience
- Require 12–18 years of API sales and marketing experience, with strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong decision-making and negotiation capabilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
