🚨 WE’RE HIRING | MARKETING & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Dr Urvi’s Physiozone is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic, proactive and growth-oriented Marketing & Operations Manager to join our team and take charge of our new branch.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Plan and execute marketing & business development strategies
• Build corporate, doctor, gym & community partnerships
• Manage lead generation, follow-ups & conversions
• Coordinate with the clinical and support team
• Support new branch launch and growth
• Manage social media and promotional activities
• Track operational and business performance
🔹 Ideal Candidate
🎓 B.Com / BMS / Commerce Graduate preferred
💼 Experience in Marketing, Operations or Healthcare will be an advantage
🗣️ Excellent communication & networking skills
📊 Good understanding of business development
💡 Proactive, organised and target-oriented
❤️ Passion for healthcare and patient experience
📍 Location: Mumbai
