Account Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to lead and manage client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, drive account growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Role Details

- Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies
- Oversee campaign execution, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights/recommendations
- Prepare and present reports, business reviews, and strategic proposals
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and escalations
- Maintain accurate account documentation and communication records
Experience:
- 2–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or similar roles
- Experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Agency environment preferred
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts
