Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic support throughout the inquiry and admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert qualified leads, manage pipelines, and meet admissions and enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience, preferably in higher education, edtech, or counseling, to advise learners on suitable programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in education, counseling, business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Experience in admissions, counseling, inside sales, or academic advising is preferred.
- Comfort with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple inquiries, and meet deadlines and targets.
- Strong ethical standards, learner-centric mindset, and willingness to work flexible schedules when required.
