About the Role
We are looking for an empathetic, articulate, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to represent our institution, guide prospective families, and manage the complete admissions lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Handle inquiries across calls, emails, website leads, and walk-ins; ensure systematic, prompt follow-ups.
- Parent Counselling: Conduct one-on-one sessions to present curriculum advantages, culture, and facilities with clarity and warmth.
- Campus Tours & Onboarding: Host school tours, coordinate student assessments, verify documentation, and guide parents through the final enrollment process.
- Admissions Tracking: Maintain up-to-date inquiry and conversion data using our CRM/ERP system; share weekly admissions updates.
- Events & Outreach: Support open houses, orientation sessions, and parent engagement drives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in school admissions, academic counselling, or relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Strong persuasion, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work during peak-season admission events and select Saturdays.
