🎓 We're Hiring: Academic Counselor (Remote)
Guide students from their first conversation all the way to enrollment. This is a consultative-sales role for someone who counsels as much as they sell.
What we're looking for:
✅ 1–3 years in Academic Counselling, B2C Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales
✅ Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
✅ Strong counseling and consultative selling ability
✅ Confidence handling high-volume student interactions
✅ Good persuasion and objection-handling skills
✅ Ability to build trust and lasting relationships
✅ CRM experience preferred
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, remote
✅ A genuine passion for education and student outcomes
You'll own: student counseling & admissions, lead conversion, follow-ups, CRM accuracy, and hitting monthly enrollment targets — while keeping the student experience front and center.
