Broadly responsible for supporting the school's admission and marketing objectives, including:
1. Admissions & Parent Engagement
- Handle enquiries from prospective parents.
- Explain school programmes, admission requirements, fees and related information.
- Coordinate school visits and campus tours.
- Assist parents throughout the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective parents and support conversion of enquiries into admissions.
2. Lead Management & CRM
- Maintain and update prospective-parent information in the CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on leads.
- Track lead status and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the concerned team.
3. Marketing & Business Development
- Support ATL, BTL and digital marketing activities.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives.
- Participate in events, promotional activities and community outreach.
- Identify opportunities for increasing school visibility and admissions.
4. Digital & Social Media
- Support the school's social media activities.
- Coordinate content related to school events and achievements.
- Monitor online engagement and reviews.
- Assist in maintaining the school's digital presence.
5. Corporate & Community Engagement
- Support corporate tie-ups and outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective corporate partners.
- Explore opportunities for community-level engagement and school promotion.
6. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain admission and marketing records.
- Track enquiry and admission metrics.
- Prepare reports and identify trends.
- Maintain relevant school-level databases and activity records.

POSITION DETAILS: Admission Counsellor
- Employment Type: 11-Month Contract
- Experience: Promising Freshers from MBA Marketing background/ Relevant experienced candidates
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA / BBA and related backgrounds
- Location: Aurangabad, Bihar
- Compensation: 32K to 38k per month gross
- Immediate joining is required.
