Job Title: Administration Incharge- (Ex-Armed Forces Personnel Only)
Locations: Jaipur / Gurgaon (Requires regular travel to project sites)

About the Role
We are seeking highly disciplined, resilient, and experienced Ex-Armed Forces Personnel to lead and manage end-to-end administrative and facility operations across multiple project sites. Operating from our central hubs in Jaipur or Gurgaon, this leadership role demands a proactive professional who can establish robust operational standards, lead ground teams, and ensure seamless infrastructure and logistics management at various project site locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Base Camp & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the setup, daily maintenance, and operational efficiency of site base camps, ensure living conditions meet high standards, and maintain overall site order.
- Security & Vigilance: Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive security protocols across project sites to protect personnel, assets, and materials.
- Catering & Accommodation Services: Direct the operations of site canteens, messes, and guest houses, ensuring strict hygiene, quality food supply, and efficient guest hospitality.
- Fleet & Travel Management: Supervise site travel logistics, vehicle allocation, driver management, route planning, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Team Leadership & Site Operations: Lead, mentor, and discipline ground administrative and facility management teams stationed across various project sites.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage local vendors (HR & Admin related) , contracts, procurement of administrative supplies, and adhere to administrative budgets.
- Compliance & Crisis Management: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, safety guidelines, and statutory compliance while serving as the primary point of contact for site emergency response and conflict resolution.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Service Background: Ex-Servicemen from the Indian Army, Navy, BSF, CRPF, or Air Force with relevant administrative exposure.
- Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in military administration, logistics, camp management, or corporate facility management post-retirement.
- Mobility: Willingness and physical fitness to travel frequently to remote or active project sites as required.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, crisis management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, emails, reporting tools).
