Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat that combines administrative support, computer hardware technician responsibilities, production supervision, and planning/worker management. Day-to-day tasks include managing office administration, maintaining records, coordinating with different departments, and supporting communication across the organization. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop computers, hardware components, and printers, as well as providing hardware support to team members. The position also includes supervising production activities on the shop floor, monitoring workflow, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating with workers to meet production targets. The individual will assist in production planning, resource allocation, shift scheduling, and basic inventory tracking to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Maintenance, with the ability to handle routine setup and configuration.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Hardware Support to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience with Printer Support, including installation, maintenance, and basic repair.
- Knowledge of production processes, supervision, and worker management, with the ability to coordinate and lead teams.
- Solid administrative skills, including documentation, record-keeping, and basic office management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teams.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in manufacturing or engineering setups is an advantage.
