This is a full-time, on-site role and you will be required to undertake and diligently perform the roles and responsibilities outlined below.
1. Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
· Translate client briefs into actionable creative strategies for our social media and design teams.
· Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
2. Content Strategy & Business Development
· Create and lead content strategies in collaboration with the design and content team.
· Lead and participate in pitch presentations for prospective clients.
· Analyse market trends and competitor activity to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
3. Project Oversight
· Collaborate closely with the creative department to ensure brand designs and social media content align with the client’s vision.
· Monitor campaign performance and present detailed reports with insights and ROI metrics.
· Ensure the timely delivery of all assets, from brand identity kits to monthly content calendars.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; prior agency or brand-side social media experience is preferred.
