Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai. This role is responsible for managing relationships with referring physicians, corporate clients, and other partners to support patient inflow and service utilization. Daily tasks include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders, and coordinating with hospital departments to ensure smooth delivery of services. The Account Executive will track and report on sales and outreach activities, support billing and collection follow-ups as needed, and assist in planning local marketing or community engagement initiatives. The role also involves preparing presentations, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to address client feedback and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and customer service within a healthcare or service-driven environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales, business development, and account management, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic financial awareness related to billing, invoicing, and tracking payments to support accurate account handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, data entry, and use of office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM or hospital information systems).
- Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, along with negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess time management, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in healthcare or service-sector account management is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Madurai on a full-time basis and willingness to travel locally for client meetings or outreach activities as required.
