Role Overview
The Teaching Associate will support faculty members in delivering high-quality academic sessions and ensuring effective learning outcomes. The role involves assisting in classroom delivery, managing student engagement, coordinating academic activities, and providing operational support for smooth execution of courses.

The Teaching Associate will support faculty members in delivering high-quality academic sessions and ensuring effective learning outcomes.
The role involves assisting in classroom delivery, managing student engagement, coordinating academic activities, and providing operational support for smooth execution of courses.
Classroom Support and Delivery Assist faculty in conducting lectures, practical sessions, and experiential learning activities. Ensure smooth classroom execution and support in delivering course content effectively.
Student Engagement and Coordination
Act as a point of contact for students to address queries related to coursework, assignments, and schedules. Facilitate student participation and maintain engagement during sessions.
Academic Coordination
Manage batch schedules, attendance tracking, and coordination between faculty and students. Ensure timely communication of academic updates and changes.
Assignment and Assessment Support
Assist in creating, distributing, and evaluating assignments, quizzes, and assessments. Track student performance and provide feedback support to faculty.
Learning Material Preparation
Support in preparation and organization of study materials, presentations, case studies, and other academic resources.
Feedback and Quality MonitoringCollect student feedback on sessions and faculty performance. Share insights with academic heads to improve course delivery and learning experience.
LMS and Digital Platform Support
Manage and update content on learning management systems (LMS). Ensure proper upload of study materials, assignments, and attendance records.
Event and Workshop Support
Key Skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of teaching methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students
Qualifications
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (B.E. / B.Tech is mandatory).
Only candidates from Civil Engineering or Architecture background will be considered for this role.
