Role Description The 3D Visualizer will create high-quality 3D visual content for real estate, architectural, and infrastructure projects in a full-time, remote role. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed 3D models, rendering realistic visuals, and producing walkthroughs and virtual tours that align with client briefs and project specifications. The role involves working closely with designers, architects, and project managers to interpret drawings and concepts, refine visual narratives, and ensure accurate representation of materials, lighting, and spatial layouts. The 3D Visualizer will optimize scenes for performance, maintain organized project files, and support revisions based on feedback to meet deadlines and quality standards. Collaboration via digital communication tools and proactive participation in design and review meetings are essential.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong visualization skills, including 3D visualization and scene composition for architectural and real estate projects.
- Candidates should possess solid graphics and graphic design skills to create visually appealing, presentation-ready materials and animations.
- Candidates should possess advanced lighting skills to achieve realistic illumination, shadows, and material effects in 3D renders.
- Candidates should possess drawing skills for interpreting and translating architectural plans, concepts, and sketches into accurate 3D models.
- Proficiency with industry-standard 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Revit, or similar) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion) is highly beneficial.
- Experience creating 3D walkthroughs, VR tours, or interactive visualizations for real estate or architectural projects is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and effective remote communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant diploma or degree in animation, architecture, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
