🎯 What You’ll Do
- Develop residential interior concepts and space planning
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations & photorealistic renders using 3ds Max
- Prepare client presentations and design proposals
- Work on material, finish, furniture and FF&E selections
- Prepare and review technical/construction drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors and vendors
- Participate in site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Incorporate client feedback and manage project documentation
- Deliver design work within agreed timelines and budgets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong residential interior design and space-planning skills
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software
- Understanding of construction drawings and execution details
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes and furniture
- Good visual communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
